A routine we know so well
in stores worldwide.
And with it the bags,
to make our day even nicer _
isn't management thoughtful?
Its plastic wisdom
mirror to our perversity
Spreading God's Earth
with subtle efficiency.
To fashion nature anew:
redeeming her dying beauty
with the spotless sin of unrecycled white.
